But Wondershare came back with a different software program to use to fix the problem of the other software. Being a software developer myself I understand the importance of logs and that stuff can sometimes go wrong. I provided all the logs and information they needed to help find the problem. As mentioned: 13k photos, timestamps messed up. Only 8500 of the 13000+ photos had transferred and many photos lost their timestamp. After rebooting the device myself it started working, but non of the videos would show up in the Photos app. Contacted support and they told me they would escalate a ticket to have a developer look at it. But after buying the real deal, it was a big disappointment. Running the latest OS versions on both devices, it worked like a charm on their trial. MobileTrans seemed capable of migrating everything I wanted: photos, videos etc.
